there was a boy
who had a
cat named Brownie.
Brownie is a happy cat.
They live on a pumpkin farm.
There are lots of other cats to play with.
But Brownie likes to play with the boy.
One day, the boy went to play with his people friends.
He took his very big dancing pad
with him.
He put it
in the trunk of the car and went back in his house for a game
to play with his very big dance pad.
He went back outside and slammed the trunk shut.
Then he drove away.
He had traveled through the woods only a little ways, when he heard a noise.
“What could that be?” he wondered.
He drove back
through the woods to his house.
He opened the trunk of the car.
Brownie was on his dance pad.
But Brownie was not dancing.
Brownie was not happy.
Brownie leapt out of the trunk onto the boy and held on tightly.
The boy came inside his house and made his mommy laugh.
He was wearing a cat.
His mommy is still laughing, and had to tell all of her friends.

ROFL! Here I was hoping the dancing pad was dragging behind the car, so you could have some RELIEF!

Ask and you shall receive my good man…
Was that a true story? It looked like a whole lot of work for very little pay off.
Also, the site looks a little cluttered, but overall not too shabby…
No citations yet, but I am still doing some inspecting.

Wow, apparently if you don’t have anything to write about yourself, you critique other people’s blogs. Interesting…
Hilarious story Marti! Poor Brownie.

LOL!
Hi Theresa! No, he managed to keep the pad in the trunk and take it to friend’s house where (hooray!) it still resides LOL! AH, blessed silence!
To Blog Patrol, yes it is a true story. I couldn’t get the boy to re-enact the cat clinging tightly to his chest, as the claws sank through his shirt and into the lad’s skin. There was just something about it that made me laugh, him standing there with this horribly frightened feline not letting go for dear life, as he related the story leading up to that precise moment. Actually, he put the piece together for me, (reminiscent of the Two Thousand Dollar French Fry Auction) as I am still suffering from tooth extraction.
Kel! Hi sweetie! Great to see you! There are several blogs out there who judge or rate other blogs…such is the BP - LOL
Hi Laina! Great to see you! I saw the BP listed on someone else’s blog and was curious, so I stopped by there, and invited him to come over LOL (I set out milk and cookies for everyone - LOL!)

Good to see you are recovering from the extraction. I dont think I’d be able to handle walking without extracting the cats claws from my very sensative hide. I liked the images that went with it. Reminds me of when we read my daughter story books before bed. Can you choose to have the BP leave his critique in your email? Cause if you can I’d be intersted in getting some input myself.

Hi Lumpy, thanks for stopping by!
I don’t know much about the BP. I saw the link and went there, and didn’t see a place to ask questions, so I asked in a comment how it works. Then they came and left a comment LOL

well, if the Son comes up our way, he can use our dance pad - it’s a fav with my daughter Bookworm.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I really laughed at your story about the cat. I cannot take my cat anywhere near my car. I took her for a drive to the gas station once and I felt like a retard. Good thing she has never hitched a ride by herself

LMAO…Oh my goodness! I’m impressed that he heard the noise and had the sense not to pull over right then and there to check the noise out. He might have lost a cat!
That’s too funny!

Ahhahaha! That kitty is too cute. Is it really the one? What a sweet son you have Miss Marti!

Hi dd! Maybe we should get our two dancing teens together - LOL
Welcome glyn! Yeah, most cats do NOT like traveling - LOL!
Hi Colleen! Actually he heard loud “meowing” LOL But that would have given away the punch line, so I fudged with “noise” LOL
Hi Buffi! The photo of the cat on the dance pad in the trunk really is Brownie. I think the little kitten is, but we have a bunch of pictures that we only labeled as “kitten” LOL, so I am not sure if the baby is Brownie.
Nice to see all of you! Thanks for stopping by!

ROTFL - that is hilarious! Cats are probably my favorite animals. Hope Brownie was not too traumatized!
